When calling please remember to allow plenty of time for your trip. Always tell the operator what time your train or plane leaves.

You will be asked:

• Time of booking

• Pick up point

• Destination

• Lead passenger name

• Number of people in your group

• Flight number if applicable

Please have all this information to hand before you call

Always remember when booking your trips abroad to take into account your whole trip from Harlaxton to your destination. You may have saved £10 on a flight but if you pick the wrong airport it could cost you £100 or more to get there!

Price every trip out from start to finish, if you are travelling in a group then divide it by the number of people travelling and get a cost per head.
